2011 Office Manager Nominations
Cindy Cordosi – Clark Adams Co.
Cindy has expanded her role in our company this year. She has taken the lead in researching new marketing venues and actively negotiated deals on those marketing items. She has also managed our fledgling call center, monitoring incoming calls and how we respond to inquiries. Cindy also took over the managing of our events this year after the departure of the previous event manager. This is all in addition to keeping us financially afloat using the QuickBooks program as our bookkeeper. She is an indispensible member of our team! Nominated by Clark Adams
Kathy Fraizer – Dial One
In order to achieve its plan this year, it was critical that Dial One increase its installation capacity. Kathy did a great job hiring an excellent crop of new employees that have been able to come on board and help bolster our existing production staff. She also was able to recruit and hire an experienced and effective call center manager and staff that is making a big difference in managing company leads and maximizing the potential of each and every lead by following up on each lead and holding sales reps accountable and identifying rehash opportunities.
In addition to these 2011 accomplishments, Kathy has helped shift existing personnel around getting the right persons in the right seats on the Dial One bus.
She also manages our relationships with outside vendors such as health insurance, liability insurance, workers compensation insurance and safety vendors as well as payroll. She can always be counted on to have the company’s and employees’ best interests at heart. Nominated by Charlie Gindele

Completing four years as Office Goddess at Burr, Tracy continues to expand her role, completely assuming day-to-day operations management, allowing me to work ON the business. She has developed dual roles: Office & Production Administration Management. To do so effectively she has learned to delegate more responsibilities to her 2 direct reports. Tracy truly cares for Burr, as if it were her own company. When Tracy speaks, the Team listens!
Tracy has embraced the important responsibilities associated with Managing the Administration of the Production Process, careful review of each & every job file: coordinate pre-construction process with Operations Manager, multiple supplier bids for every project.
When first interviewing, she asked what we were looking for. We replied “”someone with a big red S on her chest.”" She arrived at the interview with a big RED Superman logo on her portfolio. As a team member she has continued to more than fulfill the role of SUPER Team Member. Nominated by Bob Priest

Maggie Kelley – Capizzi Home Improvement
There is one major reason as to why Maggie has not only won Rookie Office Manager of the Year and Office Manager of the Year in prior years, and continues to receive so many nomination letters written from the staff at Capizzi Home Improvement, and that is, simply put, she has earned it! And, she continues to, with the same hard work and dedication to her responsibilities as Office Manager and to all of those who rely on her since she first started.
Maggie is, among other things, the go to person for me and many others in our company. If you need to know something or need help, Maggie is on top of it, with what seems like endless amounts of energy. Her work ethic and commitment to me and the company in order to accomplish all that we do around here in our different business endeavors is vital to our continued success. Maggie has great involvement in Capizzi Home Improvement, Centerville LLC (our real estate rental business), and Mediterranean Management Corp. (our Florida rehab business) and is constantly juggling a lot of balls in the air to support those business needs.

She has implemented our systems as well added several new ones. She goes above and beyond and has whipped us all in shape. She has made our office a well oiled machine. She is constantly fixing and tweaking things to make us better. We are so grateful to have her and she is the foundation to our company. Nominated by Tim Brown

Corrin is great.
Corrin’s belief in Opal Enterprises radiates through her daily attitude that she brings with her every single day. Do not let me forget to mention that she has not missed a single day of work this entire year!!
Corrin is the best person to “”bounce ideas”" off and help me formulate structure to a need we are constantly finding in the office. There are always new forms or new ways she devises for us to handle office procedures!
Corrin’s cool head deserves an award in itself! Her ways of handling internal and external conflict is a skill I admire and adore! She is wildly skilled at dealing with complicated city inspectors and permitting offices!
Our Corrin has high standards and help me communicate to the rest of the company…that less than the best we can do…is just not cool!
