Steve Rennekamp – Energy Swing Windows
Year in and year out, Steve Rennekamp puts in a lot of time and expends a ton of effort to help us all get better. He is very deserving of this award every year. I hope he receives it this year.
Steve continues to help CCN in so many ways. You can count on every ToolBox newsletter to have very helpful and interesting marketing articles contributed by Steve. Steve is always sharing marketing ideas and helpful information from a wide variety of industry authorities. Steve always participates in Marketing MasterMind sessions and gives freely of his materials and experiences. Steve also is a valued contributor to the CCN steering Committee.
Charlie Gindele – Dial One Windows
Charlie has no reservations. Not only is he approachable, he also makes you feel important. Never once have I asked Charlie a question and he hasn’t given me information that will shoot me 5 years ahead of where I would be on my own.
Tom Capizzi – Capizzi Home Improvements
Tom is by far the most motivating person I have ever heard of. After a conversation with him I feel like I can perform at a level twice as effective as before.
At the Owners Summit he shared on the “”Glass Ceiling Of Complexity”". It couldn’t have been a better message for me and my wife at the time. We have had significant challenges this year and all we could think of was Tom and his message about that ceiling. We have broken through several of those ceilings and are looking forward to the next. We are growing, and thanks to people like Tom, we are succeeding!
It seems Tom is always open to helping people. Just recently, at the Fall Conference, Tom took the time to ask me how my numbers were doing this year. He then gave several suggestions that have opened my mind to a better business strategy for us.
Thank you Tom for all of your help. Because of your input my wife and I will be attending Business Planning Bootcamp and continuing to grow the profitability of our company.
