2010 Most Improved Salesperson Nominations

Bob Adams – Rain Gutter Specialties Always positive

Manny Alvarez – Istueta Roofing
Over the past year Manny has stepped up to be the type of consistent, high level sales rep that he has always had the potential to be.

Manny has attended the CCN Sales Boot Camp this year and the training shows up in his increased sales efficiencies. His customer testimonials regularly state their confidence and trust in him.

He actively participates in sales meeting by offering suggestions to help the sales process and he has worked hard to improve his attention to detail and paperwork.

Manny has improved and is making his mark at Istueta Roofing as a sales person.

Joe Cotter – Roofing & More
Joe has just plainly grabbed a hold of the CCN 4P process and used it and all he learned at boot camp to improve his closing ratio. Not only has he improved but since joining CCN we have increased our prices and he still maintains an above 40 percent closing ratio. Joe has a great attitude, is a very humble man and is open for change and always looking within himself for ways to improve even more.

Joe Oberlender – Integrity Roofing of Alaska
Joe began selling roofing this spring with minimal roofing training. He did not come from a construction background and had a lot of facts to learn. It was difficult, but his positive attitude proved valuable. He learned the CCN Sales Process mostly by studying on his own and attending CINC sessions. He was selling well, but he wanted to do better. Joe went to CCN Sales Boot Camp in July. Immediately after he returned from boot camp, his third son was born. All the while Joe kept studying and learning. There’s no doubt it was stressful for awhile, but his extra efforts really paid off.

In recent months Joe’s selling average has been climbing up due to diligence in studying the word tracks and even reading sales books such as “”Neuromarketing”", a new company favorite.

Joe is a positive self-learner who is not afraid of something new. He’s the guy we were looking for and are ecstatic to have him on board.”

Harry Waterous – Opal Enterprises
Harry has been with Opal Enterprises for 4 years now. Harry has ALWAYS been a talented and knowledgeable addition to Opal, but his selling skills needed improving! He knew that all the world’s product knowledge & people skills just were not going to be enough to be successful in this role.

Harry applied himself with all he had. He attended the CCN Sales boot camp and came back with so much to offer. It is solely because of
Harry that Opal has the polished proposal skills that we do! Harry HAS always pushed forward and be progressive. He has always been the first to volunteer when other salesmen need help with estimating or situational conflicts.

The sales numbers that Harry has produced this year out-number his sales for the last 2 years combined!!!! This is amazing Harry! We are so glad that we never gave up on each other!

Harry has always been the most intelligent and friendly man on staff, but Harry, because your sales are way up this year we are so proud of you!”

Steve Zisserman – Maggio Roofing
Steve, is great at communicating with his customers and informing them of the proper steps in the entire CCN process!! The relationship he builds with his clients is truly unique. Steve has a huge referral base and is constantly adding to that base everyday. Maggio Roofing has added new products such as solar, and Steve takes the time to understand the process so he can explain to his customers thoroughly.

Another attribute to Steve is that he will go the extra mile for his customers. Steve will take all the time it takes for everyone to be satisfied..I understand why he is a million dollar salesman!
