Opal Enterprises passed its 1st year with CCN in July. Since joining, we adopted some fast and hard best practices right away; including letting the “”B”" players on our bus go and hiring on “”A”" players!
Opal was founded with customer service and quality installation on top of mind. As we grew, we had many growing pains and wanted direction how to do so without damaging our credibility and accomplishments. With the help of the CCN we learned how to hire correctly and offer our homeowner’s the best ethical treated, still combined with flawless installation service.
In 1-year’s time of being with the CCN: we doubled our sales, earned the 2009 Angie’s list super service award, became a prestigious James Hardie Preferred Contractor, joined Guild Quality and have seen some impressive results, maintained an A+ rating with the BBB and been more involved with our community through charitable volunteer work and donations with the aide of our valuable homeowners!
We look forward to 2011!

As owner of Roofing & More I have seen many changes and improvements since making the decision to join CCN last Feb 2010. When we joined we were in the red and the future did not look too good to me. Since making that decision our company has transformed, we have implemented a new selling process and proposal. We have raised our prices. All our sales persons (3) have attended boot camp. Our net worth is well above the red now and though there has been some flucuation it continues to increase. I personally attended the owners conference and much of my team attended the recent fall conference. Bottom line, we were going down and since joining CCN it has been nothing but up. I see a bright future and because of what CCN gives me I am able to learn, grow and am becoming a better leader. Our entire team has learned and is more successful today and for these reasons I believe we deserve this award.

I went to Sales Bootcamp with Kyle Hoffman and was so impressed by him. He was brand new to CCN and he just dove in to all that CCN represents and has to offer. I saw Kyle again at the Fall Conference and was also shocked to see how many employees he brought with him and how all of them had grabbed on to the process.
