Rick Hueser – Timmer Roofing
Rick was hired right before hail storms hit two cities we operate in. The company went from receiving approximately 5 lead calls per day to up to 50 per day. Rick organized a sales team that grew from three salesman to eight. He has assisted in revising our pricing program to make us more competitive, and lead a remodel of our main office to accommodate the additional member of the team. His past experience is invaluable to us as we continue through this period of immense growth. Through it all he has upheld the high standards set by the owner with dignity and tact. He truly believes in putting the customer first.
Took on way more than any man could on his own and dealt with it.
