Starting January 2007, CCN introduced a new sales and additional
work order reporting tool. This new online application – Contractor
Performance Reporting or CPR – combines and enhances features of the
old Weekly Sales Reporting and Additional Work Order Contest.
This new application has better reporting capabilities and because of it, we
plan to eliminate the report distributed now in Excel. You will be able to view
all statistics in real time. To make the transition as easy as possible, we
prepared several screencasts. Please familiarize yourself with them by clicking
on the bold titles below.

- Create new users for your company. The CCN administrator will
setup only one account per company. This person will have Sales Manager and
Production Manager access rights. (If you wish to change who this person is,

610.642.9505.) This Manager can create additional users as needed. Your company
can have several Sales Managers and Production Managers. To assign several
access rights, use the CTRL button on a keyboard when making a selection. To
exclude a person from reports, do not assign him/her any Sales or Production
Category.
- Create new lead. A lead has to be created to report any
event such as Measure Call, Sale, Additional Work Order, etc. but the lead is
created only once and multiple events are added to it. Since this is a sequence
of events, the reported data will be more accurate.
- Add new event. To report weekly sales and additional
work orders, you just report a new event and select the type: Measure Call,
Order, Additional Work Order etc. If needed you can have multiple events of the
same type – for example two measure calls – and events can be edited and
deleted.
- Reports. We revised how reports are sorted and now they
default by category (descending order) and dollars sold (descending). You can
use filters to see just your category and select a different time period. Click
on the column heading to sort by this criteria, click on this column again to
sort in reverse order. Report sorting order is remembered – try for example
Company, Category and see the description of the sorting order at the top of the
report. Click reset to remove sorting order.
- Quick Access Menu. You can customize this menu to quickly
access areas of the application that you will use the most. If you have any
