Bridget moved up into the position of Office Manager this year after Catherine left work to raise a family. Even before her promotion, Bridget has always been a team player and done "whatever it takes" to satisfy not only our external customers, but our employees as well.  She often stays late and goes the extra mile for the company, picking up the slack that others might leave. I strongly suggest you do the right thing and help us recognize this valuable employee with yor vote for Rookie Office Manager of the year.

Kathy Frazier - DIAL ONE

Kathy joined DIAL ONE in December of 2006. She replaced Alane Scott who had been at DIAL ONE for over 7 years and had defined this position within our company. When Alane left, we had a challenge finding the right person. Through good fortune, Kathy applied for the position. Since the beginning she has exhibited a quiet dignity. She gets things done on time and is extremely responsive to the needs of others. Her follow up and follow through is exemplary. She treats others with kindness and always appears happy and upbeat! With that said, Kathy also has an acute business mind and is not afraid to ask the tough questions, hold others accountible and always sees the "big picture" in each situation. During the year, she has taken on additional responsibilities within the company that have further increased her contributions. In less than a year, she has become a key manager and someone that can always be relied on in all types of situations. She is very deserving of this award!
