Charlie just started with our company in the Spring of this year and his impact was felt alomost immediately. Pat and I now feel tht our Production, for so long the hardest part of the company to manage, is now under control. Charlie is a true professional and does his work with pride. He's the first to arrive each morning at 6:30 and usually the last to leave most often after 5 PM. Pat and I feel very fortunate that we have found the right person for the job and feel totaly confident in his ability to handle his position. He deserves this award and recognition.
