Nominations:

Mike Brady - Maggio Roofing

Nominated by Scott Siegal

I am happy to nominate Mike Brady for this award.  Mike came to our company at the very end of last year.  He was a quick study and learned our business fast.  After attending Sales Boot Camp, Mike was an early adopter of the 4P process.  Mike has not only won one of the quarterly sales awards, but is on pace to sell over 1 Million dollars his first year!  Mike is also responsible for selling the highest priced residential job in our company history ---$191,000.  The original job was sold at $146,000 but was sold wrong.  Mike then went back to the customer, after the job was started, and was able to show the customer his mistake and have them pay an additional $45,000.  There aren’t many salespeople that can do that, let alone rookie salespeople!  Mike continues to improve and I wouldn’t be surprised if he isn’t our top performing salesman in a few years.

Alvin Harvey - The Roofing Store, LLC.

Nominated by Mike Driscoll

Alvin proves his ability & determination to sell more and more everyday by following the four P's program through CCN.  In turn, his customers give positive feedback, because of the necessary measures he takes to satisfy their needs.
