John gives so much of his time helping CCN salespeople, in addition to carrying out the responsibilities of his full time job with excellence.  He has taught all of the CCN Sales Boot Camps in 2007 (7 long days for those who haven't attended!), presents the sales breakouts at all conferences, has been interviewed on CINC sessions, consults with CCN salespeople by phone and sometimes in person, and contributes monthly articles to ToolBox for salespeople.  Everything he does to help members requires thought, preparation and time, yet John continues to perform in his sales role at Jancewicz & Sons with excellence while helping others.

Shawn is amazing. He works so well with everyone that he comes in contact with. His employees love him as well as anyone that knows Shawn. He has helped our company in so many ways. Everytime I have a problem or question (Which is alot) he always helps out. Shawn is the guy behind the scenes that is always there and is contantly helping you improve. He constantly has helped us in changing to the CCN ways of doing business. He helps us feel included and always makes sure we are doing the right things. Shawn also helps on a personal level, he is a great friend and I am very grateful to call him a friend.

Steve Rennekamp - Energy Swing Windows

Steve has really stepped up to contribute to the betterment of CCN this year. He is a regular contributor to ToolBox. He has made several very insightful and helpful marketing presentations. He always adds value to mastermind sessions at conferences. He is a valued member who continues to make contributions to the Steering Committee. He has brought Paragon Door to CCN as a corporate member. Steve is always willing to help any member and is a great ambassador for CCN and is most deserving of this award!
