The following have been recognized by their employers and/or peers for special achievement during 2007.
Leticia Contreras - Mr. Roofing, Inc.
Lety has been a wonderful addition to our company in regard to customer service. She started as our receptionist and now is an Office Administrator. Lety is a self starter and has surprised me with lots of interesting projects she has taken on her own accord. We have flowers, awards, Mr. Roofing Posters and pictures recognizing staff throughout our office. She has implemented a monthly commemoration of employee's birthdays and makes everyone feel important in our company.
She manages our lead flow and sets up appointments for our sales department. She manages the Sales reporting and makes sure we are keeping good sales behavior.
Most importantly she came up with a great idea of calling all of our customers after our scheduling meetings to update them on their approximate start date. This solved our dilemma of customers calling and asking when their job was going to get started.
All in all she is critical to our customer service and helpful in making sure that the our customer's initial contact with Mr. Roofing, Inc. is a pleasant and helpful experience. It is refreshing to see the potential of our company with Lety on our team.

Nominated by Tom Capizzi
I hereby nominate Jack Strumski for the 2007 Special Achievement Award. This nomination is due to the fact that Jack broke the 1 million dollar mark in Additional Work Authorizations in his first 27 months with our company. The 1 million dollar mark was achieved by the 1st week of October 2007 and represents over $37,000.00 per month in additional revenue.
This is an extraordinary achievement considering Jack had not previously worked in this type of company environment. Jack has proven himself to be an athlete in production management and additional sales, all this while turning his customers into his raving fans and achieving over a 90% satisfaction rating.
