On-Site Coaching

  1. Confidentiality Agreement – this is completed so that you know that we will not divulge any information to any other person/company without your request.
  2. Telephone Conference with Principal(s) – We will gather the following information:
    1. Structure of business -
    2. Financial Operating data
    3. Performance vs. forecast
    4. Critical issues
    5. Personnel issues
    6. Long and short range goals
    7. Assessments of key employees  (cost of profiles additional)
  3.  Client completes – data information request provided by CCN
    1. Copies of advertising, sales contracts, contracts with key personnel and others
    2. Includes operating statement (interim and most recent YTD), business and marketing plan, company history and evaluation of key employees
  4. On site observation (2 days at clients place of business)
    1. Arrive night before – (meeting with principals)
    2. Examine all operating departments of business     
    3. Meeting with core groups (rescript where possible)     
    4. Respond (Q & A)
    5. Clients encouraged to record data and effect some changes ASAP
    6. Reevaluate business plan, marketing plan, forms, controls, policies (make recommendations on site)
    7. Debriefing session at end of day 1
    8. Continue observation day 2
    9. Overview of current sales methodology     
      1. Evaluate     
      2. Meeting with salespeople (time permitting)     
      3. Recommend changes
      4. Overview of marketing department, telephone sales reps, and sales assistants
      5. Evaluate
      6. Recommend changes
      7. 2nd day (final) debriefing

    3. Accounting procedures
