Sales Coaching Program
The Certified Contractors NetWork Sales Coaching program is designed to help CCN Member Companies improve the overall performance of their sales team. This is an intensive sales training / coaching program that will provide many hours of training and coaching for your sales team and management team.
Your CCN Sales Coach will evaluate your current sales staff using a combination of behavioral profiles, skills assessments, one on one interviews, and in the field observations. During the evaluation process you will receive an overall 360* Performance Evaluation and a written schedule of training and performance measurements.
The big advantage to you the CCN Member is the program cost less than a full time sales manager, no overhead or additional benefit costs.
What’s Included In The Package:
On-site field visit: (1 per quarter)
- Review sales statistics of each salesperson with Owner. Evaluate current lead flow and appointment schedule. Review quality of past sales with Owner, Production Manager & Sales Manager.
- Spend 1 full day riding with each sales person. Attend a minimum of 1 Measure Call and 1 Sales Presentation with each salesperson.
- Facilitate a one on one debriefing session with each salesperson. Review the evaluations of each field appointment with the salesperson and make suggested technique improvements.
- Facilitate 1 group sales meeting.
- Debrief the Owner on the field evaluations, review suggested areas of improvements and action plans.
Weekly Meetings:
- 1 group sales meeting
- 1 individual coaching session with each salesperson on a weekly basis.
Bi-Weekly:
- Provide owner with written 360* Performance Report for each salesperson biweekly.
