Students will learn how to enhance their performance and avoid the common losses, experienced when foreman, project manager or production management supervisory personnel fail managing field personnel to perform their roles.
“Just because someone can perform construction work correctly does not mean they can manage people to perform construction work correctly.”
Due to the lack of a rounded management education, most people fail that move from the field into supervisory management positions. They fail to perform up to their personal, or the company’s expectations. Most employees have not been professionally trained how to deal with all the various construction and people management issues they are expected to resolve.
When there is a failure to perform the management responsibilities effectively and expeditiously, the loss to the company is significant!! Lost money, lost time, lost customers, and lost personnel.
Production Mastery will enlighten supervisory personnel to the various issues that impact a successful supervisor/manager. The program provides proven processes based on “best practices” for handling different project issues and personnel related situations.
