Most recently, Lera was a Marketing Manager at Merritt Group, where she ran multi-channel marketing and demand generation programs for technology firms like Microsoft Security and Amazon eero. Her work centered on building coordinated campaigns across digital, email, and content platforms to increase brand visibility. She also oversaw large-scale digital web projects, leading teams of designers and developers to execute full website rebrands.
